Powerful Portability with Solid State Logic’s TCA Tour at IBC 2026

“TCA Tour delivers the full capability of System T in a portable, scalable package,” says Tom Knowles, Director of Product Management at Solid State Logic. “Designed for deployment across remote and distributed production ecosystems, it adapts to cloud, virtualised and other real-world workflows, and can also serve as a temporary second operator position or remote control of a main console.

“TCA Tour natively supports third party Dante, AES67, and ST 2110 devices, and provides direct AoIP routing, integrated FX processing, and SSL’s renowned sound quality to meet the demands of any modern production environment.”

“This enhancement makes TCA Tour even more versatile,” says Knowles. “TCA Tour already supports fader expansion through SSL’s range of System T desktop control tiles, including the Desktop Fader Tile (DFT), Desktop Fader Tile Plus (DFT+) and Desktop Master Tile Plus (DMT+) for dedicated monitor and main fader controls. With OSC integration, broadcasters can map System T's extensive feature set to any OSC-compliant device or controller, allowing even more flexible and immediate access to System T functionality.”

The v4.3 upgrade also incorporates Permanent Path Linking, enabling users to set up to 48 permanent “link groups” between paths in the same way as temporary Path Links, with independent filtering where required. Also new for IBC is SolidPitch, an onboard vocal tuning and creative processing suite that introduces native effects like a tuner, doubler, and harmoniser to the System T ecosystem.

Visitors to IBC can demo the TCA Tour connected to System T’s TE1 DSP engine and MPL 16-8 stagebox.
