ISE 2025: Solid State Logic Debuts SSL Live V6 Software Update, Delivering Flagship Studio Tools and Comprehensive Dante Routing Enhancements

The new SSL Live V6 software update brings acclaimed studio tools, used on countless hit records, to the live stage. The Fusion effect rack emulates five circuits from SSL’s award-winning Fusion hardware, delivering rich tonal colour. The Path Compressor Mix Control introduces advanced parallel compression directly to channels and buses, while updates to the TaCo app allow engineers to remotely control the acclaimed SSL Sourcerer and Blitzer modules. Further, enhanced Dante Routing Modes provide seamless system-wide integration across ShowFile Saved and Outside of ShowFile setups.

Built on an open, flexible architecture, SSL Live allows operators to configure workflows for any application. Advanced routing capabilities make it equally suited to touring setups—supporting up to eight SuperAnalogue MADI stageboxes via the Blacklight II Concentrator interface—or installed sound systems with full Dante routing for multi-room configurations. All this versatility is now accessible through SSL Live Bundles, a cost-effective solution providing complete systems optimised for touring, installed sound, and church audio.

System T at ISE 25

SSL will also be showcasing the System T Flypack TCA, a fully-fledged broadcast-grade 256-path audio console in a compact package. Fully controllable onsite through dedicated hardware controls and an intuitive interface designed for touch, or remotely controllable from a studio or broadcast facility, the Flypack TCA demonstrates the full power of System T in an IP-native, portable, and scalable solution. Featuring direct AoIP routing, ultimate sonic performance, and built-in FX processing, it requires no additional components.

At ISE 2025, Solid State Logic will host guest presenters sharing their expertise with SSL Live consoles. Alex Carretero, sound engineer for Latin Grammy Award-winning producer Alizzz, will discuss how he brings studio-quality sound to the stage using the SSL Live L100 Plus console. Ramón Sendra, sound engineer at El Molino (Barcelona), will explore immersive audio production for event spaces, highlighting the integration between SSL Live and the d&b Soundscape system, which offers advanced spatial audio control for unforgettable live experiences.
