We are looking for a Wiring/Assembly Technician to join our growing team. Candidates should enjoy working to a high standard, be able to follow precise instructions and work at pace, have a high degree of dexterity, an excellent eye for detail and care about quality. The successful applicant will have full on the job training.

This role would suit someone with experience in wiring, kit building, PCB assembly but equally other hobbies like fixing cars/motorbikes, model building, craftwork or even knitting! Anything where you are using your hands to make complex things! You must possess a ‘get up and go, can do attitude’.

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

  • To carry out mechanical assembly and wiring of high technology audio products within the company’s standards, procedures and specifications.
  • Logically analyse and solve problems.
  • Maintaining professional working environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

All the below would be advantageous but not essential. The important thing is you are the right person we’re looking for. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

  • Background in the following: Mechanical, wiring and/or PCB sub-assemblies – Assembly and/or test and repair.
  • Similar experience in a previous role.
  • Basic PC Application knowledge.
  • Manufacturing or mechanical knowledge.

  • Highly focused, self-motivated and proactive with the capability to work alone or in a team environment.
  • Analytical, meticulous attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Able to change focus and direction quickly upon request. Willing to do what it takes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
