The National Sales Manager, Western Region will work closely with and take direction from the Senior Vice President of Sales to execute sales by selling, demonstrating and supporting Solid State Logic and all the supported brand's products with our dealer network. Additional duties include developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve identified business development objectives and revenue targets. This role will work directly with select accounts as well as support the sales team for overall revenue for Solid State Logic.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. Responsible for sales, business/target and customer support.

Key responsibilities:

  • National Sales Manager has direct responsibility for developing and managing the business relationship between Group One and our dealer partners, and customers
  • Presents and executes new product introductions including but not limited to, forecasting, training, and implementing sell through strategies
  • Become an expert in brand story, product and application knowledge
  • Organizing and presenting “SSL Events” with our dealer partners
  • Provide excellent demonstrations at dealers, tradeshows, events and End User’s studios
  • Cultivate relationships and provide sales support to our dealers as well as direct support to End Users when needed
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting relevant competitive activity in the marketplace

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in selling or operating large/small format audio consoles
  • Strong proficiency with digital mixing console audio control systems and protocols Strong technical competence and communication skills
  • Experience in Audio Networked system, Information Technology (IT) a plus

  • Ability to navigate on their own to get things done in a timely manner

Eligibility requirements:

  • Willingness for frequent US travel in the range of 50-75%, including customer visits, trade shows and training events
