This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Training Partner Administration Assistant to support our Head of Education in the smooth day-to-day support of our SSL training partner network. This is a key administrative role that ensures our training partners receive timely support, accurate information, and a consistently high standard of service.
You’ll act as a central point of coordination, helping to maintain strong relationships with training partners while supporting the operational delivery of education programmes. This is an ideal role for someone looking for their first role in the pro audio industry, with strong administrative skills and a background in the audio, music, or creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Education
- Act as a key point of contact for training partners globally, responding to queries efficiently and professionally
- Support onboarding of new training partners
- Maintain accurate records of partner activity, courses and renewals
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and industry events
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and partner communications
- Contribute to improving systems and processes that enhance the partner experience
- Where required, travel to training partners to assist with events and product demonstrations
- Support the Marketing team with social media content, helping showcase training partners, courses, and education activity
- Process licence and eBook orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all partner requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and records are kept up to date
- Coordinate and schedule Train the Trainer courses, including managing bookings, liaising with instructors, and ensuring all logistics and communications are delivered smoothly
Key qualifications and capabilities:
- Proven experience or background in audio (e.g. music production, live sound, broadcast, or audio technology)
- Good working knowledge of audio environments, terminology, and workflows
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred
