This is an excellent opportunity for a junior salesperson or studio geek interested in sales to join a world-leading manufacturer of professional audio products. SSL are looking for a new member to join the team that handles worldwide distribution sales of our all rackmount, desktop, and computer products. Working alongside the sales team and our international network of distributors, the Audio Creation Products Specialist will be required to demonstrate and promote our products, both online and in person at international events. We’ll support you to become an expert in our products over time, but we expect you will have an interest in the commercial side of the business as well as the technology.
This is a predominantly in-office position when not travelling to visit distributors for training, workshops, product launches and events, which may be up to 60-100 days per year. Expect a couple of trips per month once trained, occasionally to some distant time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and exhibition demonstrations of SSL’s outboard and desktop range of products.
- Organising and presenting localised “SSL Workshops” with our distribution partners.
- Online product training of partner staff.
Key qualifications and capabilities:
- Passion for pro-audio products and music-making.
- Fluency in at least one of the major DAWs.
- Not being a numpty.
- Commercial experience in the MI or Pro-Audio sectors.
- Knowledge of OBS/streaming/camera and lighting.
- Fluency in more than one of the major DAWs.
- Additional languages.
