We are looking for an experienced creative design lead to join our dynamic marketing team, with full responsibility for overseeing and executing the design process of all projects across multiple hardware and software solutions across differentpro audio markets. You will work closely with the brand, sales and digital marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative content that has a commercial impact. Your role will include evolving and leading a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment, whilst always leading from the front to grow our visual branding. You will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies, and for continuously improving our design processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs. Key Duties:
- Lead and manage the creation of assets for digital, print, tradeshow and events, social, web, packaging, and video projects.
- Working with brand and sales leads on all content planning and execution, with clear timeline and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Evolve and manage a team of creative specialists based on expanding business requirements.• Innovate new approaches and optimizations for common speedbumps to manage potential output bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or recognised higher level qualification in media and design.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, specifically within a technology focused company, retailer, or manufacturer - min 8years’ experience.
- Proven catalogue of design work that must include high-end video/motion graphics, design for large trade events builds and supporting collateral, digital and print design for product content, webpage content and layouts, impactful social media design, and product packaging.
- Demonstratable experience and knowledge of building out design teams and management of.
- Demonstratable brand design and visual styling.
- An interest in audio creation is desirable.
