This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer focussed, and outgoing individual to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional audio products. SSL is looking for a new Shipping Administrator to join our busy shipping department.
The successful applicant will be a confident self-starter with the ability to prioritise their workload, a good administrator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate well. You will also be computer literate with good numeracy skills
Specifically responsible for:
- Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier and freight forwarder.
- Loading Sales Orders and RMAs into our ERP system.
- Liaising with production and test teams.
- Processing RMA receipts and distributing them.
- General administrative duties.
- Occasional driving and delivery jobs.
Key qualifications and capabilities:
- Organised with a good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, specifically in MS Office applications.
- Focussed on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
Other skills that would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP system.
- Experience of international trade and logistics.
- Full and clean driving licence.
