AM I ELIGIBLE TO GET THE STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Please note for the Complete Access subscription for Education, the verification and purchase will be directly with Solid State Logic Ltd. For educational discounts on hardware products, these will be verified and purchased via specified dealer partners in regions as stated on our website.

  • University/college students: Students enrolled at a higher education institution defined as an accredited, government-recognized public or private university or college (including community, junior, or vocational college) that grants degrees and/or certificates*.
  • Faculty and staff: Teachers and staff employed by an accredited, government-recognized public or private primary or secondary school, local education authority, or public or private university or college, for-profit career/vocational schools that grant degrees and/or certificates, and schools for instrumental instruction/tuition.
  • Homeschool teachers: Teachers as defined by local homeschooling regulations detailed on this HSLDA State Laws webpage.
  • Secondary school students: Students enrolled at an accredited, government-recognized public or private secondary school providing full-time instruction*.
  • Homeschooled secondary students: Secondary students schooled at home, as defined by local regulations detailed on this HSLDA State Laws webpage.

WILL THE NEW SUBSCRIPTION OVERRIDE MY EXISTING PLAN?

No, you’ll need to stop the renewal on your existing plan, then start your educational membership after your existing plan expires. If you have an Annual Paid Monthly plan, please reach out to support to request an early cancellation.

HOW DO I VERIFY THAT I'M ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE STUDENTS DISCOUNT?

Complete Access Bundle: All eligibility verification for the Complete Access subscription for Education is handled by our partner, Proxi.id. Slate Digital LLC and Solid State Logic will not collect any information for verification purposes. Proxi.id’s Privacy Policy can be found here.

WILL THE EDUCATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AT THE SAME PRICE NEXT YEAR?

No, the EDU CAB is a single non-renewable purchase, and will expire in 1 year. If you’re still eligible for an EDU discount when your existing EDU plan expires, you’ll need to reverify via Proxy.id
