MORSE – Seamless facility-wide resource sharing
For multi control room, multi-studio broadcast facilities, the SSL MORSE Router combines with MORSE Stageboxes to provide an extremely reliable, cost effective and scalable solution for sharing audio I/O and managing related control data throughout the facility.
The MORSE router provides each console/control room with shared access to MORSE Stageboxes on each studio floor, supporting over 6,000 audio paths and 9 million crosspoints, with full ownership arbitration to avoid conflict. Control of I/O parameters and crosspoint routing is fully integrated into the C100’s user interfaces, resulting in a seamless operational experience.
Once again, extensive redundancy and 100% proprietary hardware and software results in an extremely reliable system.
